MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
​
These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by 54a Hair & Beauty to individual clients ("Members"). By enrolling in the membership programme, you ("the Member") agree to the following terms.
​
Bookings and appointments: All bookings are subject to availability and must be managed online, un-booked appointments cannot be rolled over or transferred and will be forfeited. Members are expected to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments, late arrival or late cancellations may result in forfeited services or fees. It is your responsibility to manage and schedule your membership appointment online. Bookings and subscription payments will be made on Phorest software, which will also hold personal data on a secure server.

Payment: Membership fees are charged automatically to the payment method on file. You agree to keep your payment details up to date. If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until resolved. Memberships will automatically continue to renew unless cancelled. Memberships are non-refundable, and any unused services will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for payments already made. Members can cancel at any time. Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel your membership payments. We reserve the right to cancel memberships at any given time.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will find your Membership booking in your Phorest account. Please be aware that this may take up to 24 hours to process.

Changes to Terms or Pricing: 54a Hair & Beauty may update membership terms or pricing with at least 30 days notice. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.
We reserve the right to increase membership fees once per year on 01 April, subject to inflation based on the retail price index (RPI)+ 3.9%.

Cooling-off Period: If you sign up online or outside the salon premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of sign-up for a full refund, provided you have not used any membership services during that period. To exercise this right, contact 54a Hair & Beauty in writing within the 14-day period.
​
Rollover policy: Included services or credits cannot be rolled over. Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
General: Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only. By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all salon policies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer law. These terms are governed by applicable local laws in your region.
